Add your customized code to your website
BOWWE is a tool that allows you to create your website without writing a single line of code. However, this doesn't mean that if you can code, you won't further use your skills in BOWWE! In this tutorial, you will learn to edit your page by simply adding externally copied elements or editing the code manually!
What type of code can you add to your website?
In BOWWE Web Builder, you can addcode snippets to your page in:
- HTML
- JS
- CSS
You can add each of them using the EMBED widget available in the BOWWE Builder.
2 ways to add your code:
Via the EMBED widget, you can add your code to the website in 2 ways:
- By manually writing code inside of the EMBED widget
- By pasting a document with a ready-to-use code in the following format: .html, .js or .css
Adding your own HMTL, JS and CSS via EMBED:

Open your website in BOWWE Builder.

From the side pane, expand MAIN WIDGETS and select EMBED.

Drag-and-drop the widget to where you want to add the encoded element.

Select the HTML, JS or CSS tab.

Enter the appropriate code manually or add a file with ready code.
